I found Coach Realtors after interviewing with many brokers.
I found that Coach Realtors has a high ethic value and that the client is priority.
I had issues of my own such as my own encounter with foreclosure. I understand how important it is to have someone honest on your side and is capable to find answers and offer you the help that you need. I was sickened by the people who wanted nothing but to take advantage of me.
I had no Idea of how the market was rising when I sold a ¼ acre of property in Palm Springs, California for $30,000 in 2004 when property values where starting to sore. And when the mortgage company started charging me a higher interest rate from out of no where. And they could not justify why.
Then hard times hit me.
I started a new job with another company and it took two weeks for me to start. and that put me a month behind. I tried to renegotiate my contract but they wouldn’t move. I soon later fell into foreclosure. Once in foreclosure predators from all over left cards, called me, and knocked on my door. It got so bad, I had to lock my front gate. Some guy climbed the fence to knock on my door!
They wanted me to sell the home to them and would hold it as I made payments to their private bank. Which would vouch for me to develop a credit line so I can find a mortgage broker and sell the house back to me after sucking out all of the interest. And of course leave me with nothing.
I swore to go into real estate and help people. Not to lie to them, not to steal from them, just make honest transactions and give my client my undivided attention , understand their needs, and make their transactions worry free.
